We are looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to join our team to drive new business, lead our customer acquisition and market awareness. 


What will you be focusing on as a SDM?

As the SDM, you will be responsible for generating new market opportunities & partnerships that support our business goals and objectives.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure

  • conducting, executing and realization of the commercial plan (and budget) and reports to the MT on the progress of these plans

  • generating new business partnership opportunities, building and managing a sales pipeline to reach targeted sales objectives

  • closing new partnership business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations

  • identifying and observing interesting trends or development areas within market

  • guarding the continuity, quality and service- and customer orientation with the aim of 100% satisfaction and making proposals for improvement of the customer experience

  • actively increase the Anyone brand awareness and enable sourcing of new business partners

Job requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • a decent number of years of experience in a similar position preferably in a Tech/SaaS Start-Up/ Scale-Up environment and are ready for the next step in your career taking up more responsibilities
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • to be a multitasker and remain calm and focused in stressful situations
  • a 'can-do' mentality and you get energy from challenges and engaging partners
  • the ability to listen actively and to adapt/respond to different types of characters easily
  • to be eager to go the extra mile to engage partners
  • to take responsibility and have the guts to take ownership of your own tasks and are not satisfied until you have achieved your goals
  • to be eager to learn and like to keep developing your own knowledge and skills which will help you determine your career path at Anyone
